Commercial electrical is our core

Labor services for the construction industry.

Skilled trades, site labor and administrative support — staffed on your schedule, anywhere in the country.

You tell us the trade, the count and the start date. We recruit, credential and dispatch, and we carry the payroll, the taxes and the workers’ compensation while they are on your job.

  • Local and travel crews
  • Payroll and workers' comp carried by us
  • You approve every person

What we staff

Three lines of labor, one vendor.

Most jobs do not need only electricians, and most gaps are not only in the trades. We cover the installed work, the general hands that keep a site moving, and the paperwork behind both.

Skilled trades

Licensed and qualified tradespeople, placed by classification so you know exactly what is showing up.

  • Journeyman electricians
  • Apprentices, with hours and card stated up front
  • Working foremen
  • Other trades on request

Site labor

The general hands a schedule needs — material handling, site cleanup, and support for the crews doing the installed work.

  • General laborers
  • Material handling and staging
  • Site cleanup and housekeeping
  • Crew support

Administrative

Office and project support for the paperwork side of construction, in the field office or the branch.

  • Project and field-office administration
  • Document and timesheet handling
  • Front-office and reception support

Why use a staffing partner

The labor without the employer.

None of this is a favor we are doing you — it is how the arrangement works, and it is the reason contractors use one at all.

You do not carry the employee

Payroll, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, unemployment and background checks stay with us. You approve a rate and receive an invoice — not a new person on your books, and not a claim on your experience modifier.

Add crew for the push, release it after

Manpower moves with the schedule instead of your headcount. Bring people on for a phase or a deadline and stand them down when it closes, without hiring you regret in three weeks or a layoff you did not want to do.

Nationwide, not regional

Licensed and insured across most of the country, so the same relationship covers your next job in another state. One vendor setup, one point of contact, however far the work travels.

Credentialed to your site

OSHA cards, drug testing panels, plant badging, licenses and PPE are handled before anyone reaches the gate. We ask what your site requires on the job order so nobody shows up and gets turned away.

Local crews, or travel crews

When the trade exists near your job we staff it locally. When it does not, we bring people in and handle the per diem and the logistics, so a labor shortage in one market is not a stalled schedule.

You approve every person

Candidates and their rates come to you before anyone is dispatched. Nobody arrives on your site unapproved, and if someone is not right we keep working the order.

Where we work

Nationwide, not regional.

We provide our services nationwide across the US, in most cities and states.

That means your next job in another state is the same relationship and the same point of contact rather than a new vendor setup. If you are not sure about a particular market, ask — the answer takes one phone call and it is always a straight one.

Local or travel

When the trade exists near your job we staff it locally, and there is no per diem on the invoice. When the local pool cannot cover the order we bring people in and handle the travel, so a shortage in one market does not become a stalled schedule on your site.

Which one applies is settled, and priced, before anyone is dispatched.

How it works

From the first call to boots on site.

  1. Tell us the order

Trade and classification, headcount, location, start date, shift, and what the site requires for PPE, testing and certifications.

  2. We set you up and recruit

Terms and rates are agreed in writing, then recruiters work the order against the classification and credentials your site needs.

  3. You approve the people and the rates

Candidates come to you with their rates before anyone is dispatched. If a candidate is not right, the order stays open.

  4. We dispatch and stay on it

People start, and we check in with you and with the crew in that first week — separately, because the two sides tell you different things.
