Commercial electrical is what we do best.
Commercial electrical is the core of this business. We place journeymen, apprentices and foremen on commercial and industrial work — new construction, tenant improvements, plant work and shutdowns. Other trades are staffed on request, and we will tell you straight whether we can cover one before you plan around it.
By classification
You know what is showing up.
Orders are filled against a classification, not a headcount. If we cannot fill the classification you asked for, you hear that instead of getting a body who cannot do the work.
Journeyman
Licensed and able to run work on their own — conduit, gear, terminations and troubleshooting. The backbone of most orders we fill.
Apprentice
Working under supervision and earning hours. Sent with the classification and card stated up front, never padded into a journeyman count to make a headcount look better than it is.
Working foreman
Running a crew and coordinating with your superintendent, so the manpower stays productive without pulling your own people off their scope.
Credentials
Cleared before the gate.
The job order asks what your site requires, and that gets handled before anyone travels. Nobody should arrive at a plant on Monday morning and be turned around for a badge or a panel that could have been sorted the week before.
